We are passionate about doing what truly matters.
From feeding our communities to taking care of children on a global scale, giving back to our communities is a core value at MWW. Through CommunityWorks, a company-wide volunteer program, we are public servants who walk the talk.
CommunityWorks enables employees to support local charities and other causes that are close to their hearts. Each year, team members can take advantage of eight hours of paid time to volunteer for an organization of their choice. We also run numerous company activities throughout the year, and encourage our employees to participate. Here are just a few.

Throughout the year MWW employees volunteer for Dream Room Makeovers, a New Jersey non-profit organization that helps families with children suffering from life-challenging illnesses or disabilities. The projects give children their dream rooms, as well as refurbish other rooms in the home for the entire family.

Just before the start of the school year, MWW offices collect supplies for distribution to low-income and foster children. Last year the Tools 4 Schools program served over 170 schools and educational programs.

Each Thanksgiving, MWW employees come together to help ensure that the holidays are memorable for families by donating items and helping to bag food at the Center for Food Action. Working to prevent hunger and homelessness and improve the lives of individuals and families living in poverty, MWW employees supported local families by packaging a total of 1,220 bags of food in 2011.
Together, we make wishes come true for hundreds of New Jersey children through the Letters to Santa program, which provides holiday gifts to children living in poverty.
