By both improving the overall online experience for current DDNJ and DDCT clients and optimizing the website from an SEO standpoint, Delta Dental clients would have a more intuitive and convenient user experience, and the brand would maximize overall visibility and appeal to new clients.

MWWPR worked closely with DDNJ’s digital marketing team to build out a completely new and intuitive site taxonomy based on previous user behavior and rewrote the content across the site for easier consumption by users and search engines. Overall traffic showed an average monthly increase of 23% and organic traffic alone showed an increase of 29% compared to the previous 5-month period.
