Chicago Office also adds Vice President, Nick Wille to Global Consumer Lifestyle Team
CHICAGO, Sept. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — MWWPR, one of the world’s leading independent, integrated PR firms, announced today the addition of Rory Swikle and Nick Wille to their Chicago team.
Rory Swikle joins MWWPR as Senior Vice President of CorpSumer. In his new role, Swikle will be responsible for identifying how new and existing clients can evolve to more closely address and assist “CorpSumer” brand activists who believe a company’s actions and reputation are just as important as the products it makes. Swikle will additionally support MWWPR staff through education on how to create best practices to impact this core demographic.
A significant and growing consumer segment identified by MWWPR last year, the CorpSumer holds higher brand loyalty than previous generations, moves beyond advocacy into activism and makes up over a third of all Americans.
“Becoming a member of MWWPR’s CorpSumer team is an incredible honor and opportunity to build our leadership in promoting engagement with this critical population,” said Swikle. “What excites me most is that CorpSumer isn’t simply the blending of two disciplines – corporate reputation and consumer brand loyalty. Rather, it is a newly identified segment with significant purchasing power that requires innovative thinking by brands on how to best demonstrate shared values.”
Nick Wille is also joining Chicago’s leadership team as Vice President, Consumer Lifestyle Marketing. Wille brings a unique combination and deep understanding of consumer brand marketing and corporate communications. Wille will lead the development of creative strategies and the building of compelling campaigns for key Consumer and Lifestyle clients in the food, retail and travel sectors.
“MWWPR has a unique, people-centric culture where true integration thrives for clients and teams in every office and practice,” says Wille.
Founder and CEO of MWWPR Michael Kempner added, “The addition of Rory and Nick will be instrumental in our expansion in the Midwest as well as our global teams. Under the strong leadership of our Midwest GM, John Digles, I am especially excited about adding a senior member to our CorpSumer Practice in our Chicago office. There are vast opportunities in creating programs focused on this critical CorpSumer audience as well as deepening our creativity within our consumer lifestyle offering. Rory and Nick are outstanding additions to our team.”
