The independent agency continues its momentum through major award wins, growth and recognition for its culture

London, UK – 12 June 2026: Integrated communications and PR agency MikeWorldWide has continued its award-winning momentum in the UK, taking home the Media Relations Award at the PRCA DARE Awards (South East ceremony).

The latest recognition was awarded for LADbible Group’s FFS: Let’s Get Honest About Porn campaign. Alongside this, MikeWorldWide also received a Highly Commended accolade in the Event/Launch of the Year category for its Robots Built for Humans activation with client Hexagon. Together, these achievements mark another milestone in a standout year for the UK business, reflecting the strength of its client work and its rapid rise as one of the UK’s most exciting independent communications agencies.

The wins keep coming, including a Silver Award at the Drum Marketing EMEA Awards for Ladbible Group’s For F**k’s Sake campaign. As strategic creative partner, MikeWorldWide helped turn a taboo topic into a national conversation – earning widespread media attention, influencing policy discussions and proving that the power of culture-led communications drives real-world impact.

The accolades don’t just stop at client work. Last month, MikeWorldWide was named Best Small UK Agency at the 2026 PRovoke EMEA SABRE Awards – celebrating the people-first culture at the heart of the agency’s success.

The latest award adds to a growing list of achievements for the London team, whose rapid rise has seen MikeWorldWide and its clients shortlisted across multiple categories spanning creativity, effectiveness and agency excellence. This includes multiple shortlistings for work with LADbible Group and Hexagon across leading industry awards, such as the PRovoke SABRE, Independent Agency, The Drum Marketing EMEA and PRCA Dare

Together, these achievements bring MikeWorldWide’s tally to three award wins, one highly commended and 12 shortlist placements in the first six months of 2026 alone – a reflection of both the agency’s rapid growth and the impact of its work.

The momentum extends beyond awards. Earlier this year, MikeWorldWide secured the number one spot in PRWeek’s prestigious Bubbling Under category within its Top 150 Consultancies ranking, cementing its position as one of the UK’s most exciting agencies on the rise. Adding to an already impressive year to date, MikeWorldWide UK was also named one of Creativepool’s Top 10 PR Agencies of 2026.

This comes during a period of significant growth for MikeWorldWide. Over the past 12 months, the agency has increased revenue by 30% year-on-year, secured a string of major client wins and expanded its footprint across technology, corporate and consumer communications. At the same time, headcount has grown by 40%, reflecting continued investment in talent, expertise and integrated capabilities.

Sarah Moloney, Managing Director at MikeWorldWide, said: “We’re building the kind of agency we always wanted to work for – ambitious, culture-led and full of people who genuinely care about doing great work. Over the last year we’ve grown fast, won big, evolved our capabilities and delivered work that’s making a real impact for clients. Most importantly, we’ve built a team that believes anything is possible when talented people come together with a shared ambition to succeed.

The industry is starting to take notice, which is incredibly rewarding. But we’re not interested in standing still. There’s a huge amount of momentum behind the business right now and we’re only just getting started.”

Michael Kempner, CEO and founder, MikeWorldWide adds: “The UK team is demonstrating what’s possible when ambition, talent and opportunity come together. We’ve seen exceptional growth, attracted outstanding people and continued to expand our capabilities across the UK market. As an independent agency, our ability to invest in talent and back bold thinking has enabled the team to produce impactful work for clients – work that continues to be recognised across the industry. What has been achieved so far has been remarkable, but I believe the opportunity ahead is even greater.”
