Founder and CEO Michael Kempner started MikeWorldWide nearly four decades ago with a simple belief. Reputation is built through action, earned through trust, and sustained through relevance. 

 While the media landscape and marketplace have fundamentally changed, that belief continues to guide how we work today. MWW has grown into a global powerhouse. A proudly independent communications firm with more than 200 professionals across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, advising organizations at moments of growth, transformation, and leadership. 

Our independence gives us the freedom to think long-term. We answer to our clients, not shareholders, allowing us to focus on building reputations that perform over time, not just in the moment.
