He is a nationally recognized authority on reputation and crisis management, public affairs, B2B and consumer marketing and corporate social responsibility. Known for his candor, commitment to community and personal attention to clients; Michael has counseled some of the world’s most prominent executives and brands.

Bret joined MWWPR as Chief Client Officer and Executive Vice President, and ascended to President, leading all geographical locations and practice groups to amplify creative, strategy, client service and implement best management practices for the agency. Werner has extensive experience in helping companies reenergize or elevate their brands globally. Bret has also been recognized as one of PRWeek’s 40 Under 40 winners and named to the magazine’s Global Powerbook 500 list.

Carreen leads our Corporate Reputation Management practice, covering all aspects of corporate reputation including executive positioning, employee engagement, CSR and citizenship, crisis and issues management and labor relations. Beginning her career with MWWPR 27 years ago, Carreen has been responsible for some of the agency’s most recognized work. She is a noted blogger, author and speaker on topics related to reputation, and appears regularly in the national news media including the WSJ’s Crisis of the Week.

PARKER RAY
EVP, CHIEF DIGITAL STRATEGIST

Parker brings a wealth of digital marketing and communications knowledge to MWWPR—having worked agency side, in-house, at startups, and as an editor. Parker specializes in digital brand marketing through social media, influencer, content strategy and development, website design and development, SEO & SEM, and eCommerce—and he has leveraged this experience across numerous Consumer, Corporate, and Healthcare companies.

TARA NAUGHTON
EVP & MD, CONSUMER MARKETING

Tara leads the New York Consumer Practice. With more than two decades of consumer, technology, health and food and beverage experience she serves as a catalyst for creativity and integrated brand strategy. Tara oversees many of the agency’s consumer and technology lifestyle brands and has played a significant role developing brand strategy in her nine years with the agency.

GINA CHERWIN

Gina Ormand Cherwin serves as a core member of the agency’s executive and operations teams. She leads MWWPR’s human resources organization, overseeing talent recruitment, development and retention, performance management, organizational development, employee engagement initiatives and company culture.

Michelle is an Executive Vice President in the corporate reputation practice and GM of the MWW Washington, DC office. An award-winning, corporate communications and public affairs leader, Michelle’s areas of expertise include issues management and crisis planning, public affairs, brand positioning, corporate reputation management, message development, executive visibility and thought leadership, partnership development and influencer engagement.

Michelle oversees MWWPR’s Research and Insights practice which provides strategic thought leadership to the agency and its clients based on a deep understanding of stakeholders, brands and their interactions with communication channels. She has 20 years of research experience working across a broad spectrum of audience segments and brand categories. Her expertise includes proprietary and secondary research, measurement and evaluation, and strategic planning.

As Chief Creative Officer, Adam leads creative ideation and execution across all practices and office locations, as well as overseeing the agency’s creative and content team with over 20 years’ experience in the PR industry.
